Your terminal sessions are yours. This page covers both this website and the Taminaru app.

This website

No analytics, no tracking, no cookies. We don't run any tracking scripts and we don't profile visitors.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which processes standard request logs (like IP address) to deliver and protect the site, per Cloudflare's privacy policy.

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address and the time you joined. Nothing else.
We use it for exactly one purpose: telling you about Taminaru's availability and launch. No third-party marketing, no selling or sharing of the list.
Want off the list? Email us (below) and we'll delete your address.

No account. Taminaru has no sign-up and no login.
No telemetry. The app does not report your usage to us. We do not know what you do in it, how often you open it, or which features you use. (The one exception is the Pro licence check below, which sends no usage information.)
Your sessions never touch our servers. Taminaru connects your Mac directly to your servers over SSH. There is no relay, no cloud middleman, and no copy of your terminal traffic anywhere but the two machines involved.
Keys stay on your Mac. Taminaru's own keys are generated in Apple's Secure Enclave and cannot leave it; your existing SSH keys stay in ~/.ssh where they've always been.

If you subscribe to Pro, the app verifies your subscription about once a week. The free tier never sends a licence check.

Sent: your licence key, a random identifier for the install, and the app version.
Not sent: anything about your sessions, your servers, your keys, or what you do in the terminal.
Stored: which licence key and install checked in, and the network operator and country of the request. Kept 30 days, used to verify subscriptions and detect shared keys.
